Nicole D. Rogers (Hall)

Nicole was born in Leamington, Ontario and raised in St. Thomas.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario.

Nicole articled at a prominent firm in London, Ontario, where she continued to practice following her call to the Bar in 2002.  After many years as in-house counsel to the Corporation of the City of London, Nicole returned to private practice with Gunn & Associates in 2018.

Nicole’s practice is focused on municipal, land use planning and insurance defence litigation.  She has appeared at all levels of court and before tribunals throughout Ontario.

A member of the Elgin Law Association, Middlesex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society, Nicole is known for her practical, collaborative approach to litigation. She resides in a heritage-designated home in St. Thomas with her partner and three daughters, and enjoys good coffee wherever she can find it.
